The board, in one chart

July 2026 opens with the most lopsided board of the year so far: a heatwave across the UK, Germany and France keeps every cooling product we track on the board, while North America's contribution runs through the bathroom, the bedside table — and, as of this week, the bathroom mirror, with the MyoGlow neck wand debuting straight into the top five. Below are the index scores as of July 11 — each bar is a product's Heat Index, our 0–100 demand-signal score (methodology at the end).

Two stories jump out. First, AiraBreeze at 96 is not just the month's leader but the only product trending in two markets simultaneously — the same evaporative unit riding the same weather system in the UK and Germany. Second, the runner-up isn't a cooler at all: Lunavelle Sleep Patches at 90 confirms that heatwaves sell sleep recovery almost as hard as they sell airflow.

Category momentum

Averaging the index by department shows where the energy concentrates — and where the bench is deepest.

Home & Kitchen posts the highest average (87) on the strength of four cooling entries. But Health & Wellness is the more interesting shape: a slightly lower average across a wider bench — sleep patches, the filtered shower head, the red-light oral device and the newly listed neck-care wand all place on the board. Cooling is a season; wellness is a portfolio.

Market coverage

How intensely each market is trending tells its own story about this summer's demand map.

The US board runs entirely through wellness and beauty — not a single cooling entry — while the UK and Germany trend on climate devices (sharing AiraBreeze), France rides Froza AC's USB-desk format, and Canada appears via the cross-listed sleep patches. If the heatwave extends another month, watch the German 2-in-1 segment: Vital Pro Breeze at 81 has the clearest headroom on the board.
