If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address including identification of the removed material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was erroneous, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or equivalent). We may restore material 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
Where applicable, we terminate contributions from repeat infringers.
