Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We try to display accurate prices, images and stock information but errors can occur; if we discover a material error after you have placed an order we will contact you before proceeding.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or stock unavailability); in that case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order and is processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery policy for delivery estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to exercise them.
Warranty
AiraBreeze is supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, video — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit content commercially without prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
