We want you to be happy with your AiraBreeze. This page explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in addition to your statutory 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@techstrends.shop with your order number, the reason for return and (if faulty) a short description and photo.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we process the refund within 5 business days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. It typically takes 3–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we cover the return shipping. For "change of mind" returns, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the item is faulty. This right is in addition to any manufacturer's warranty.
