Here is what you can expect for delivery of your AiraBreeze order in the United Kingdom.
Delivery area
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Additional time may apply for the Highlands, the Channel Islands and remote postcodes.
Estimated delivery time
- Order processing: 1–2 business days
- Standard UK delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote and Islands: allow up to 10 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guaranteed times. During peak periods (summer heatwaves, bank holidays) delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping cost
The final shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. From time to time we offer free UK delivery promotions — the eligibility rules are displayed at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please email support@techstrends.shop.
Missed deliveries and failed drop-offs
If the courier is unable to deliver, they will typically leave a card and attempt redelivery or ask you to arrange collection. If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, we can resend it (redelivery charges may apply) or refund the goods minus the original delivery cost.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If a parcel arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us within 48 hours at support@techstrends.shop with your order number and photos. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Duties and taxes
UK VAT is included in the price shown at checkout. No further customs charges apply to UK deliveries.
