IonDrops.shop does not process refunds directly. Refunds and returns are handled by the official IonDrops supplier, which is where your payment was processed and where your product was shipped from.

The guarantee (as advertised at the time of last verification)

At the time this page was last updated, the official supplier's page for IonDrops™ advertised a 60-day money-back guarantee on new orders. Terms may change without notice, so always read the current guarantee on the supplier's page before purchase. IonDrops.shop cannot modify or extend the guarantee window.

How to request a refund

  1. Locate your order-confirmation email from the supplier. It contains your order number and the supplier's customer-service email address.
  2. Email the supplier before your guarantee window closes. State your order number, purchase date, and reason for return.
  3. Follow the return instructions the supplier provides (usually a return label or return address). Do not ship the product back to IonDrops.shop — we are not the fulfillment address and cannot receive returns.
  4. Once the supplier confirms receipt, the refund is issued to your original payment method within their stated timeframe.

Before you open a return

Chargebacks

We recommend attempting a refund through the supplier before filing a payment-card chargeback. Chargebacks filed before contacting the supplier can delay resolution.
