Orders placed through IonDrops.shop are processed, shipped, and warrantied by the official IonDrops supplier, not by our editorial site. For anything related to your order — payment, tracking, refund requests within the guarantee window, missing items, or damaged product — please contact the supplier directly using the order-confirmation email you received at purchase.
The order confirmation includes your order number and the supplier's dedicated customer-service email. That is the fastest route to resolution.
