4 technologies · Always bundled with serum

Four technologies, two of them doing real work

MyoGlow is a handheld wand combining LED light therapy, electroporation, thermal warmth and sonic massage. The current official page sells it for arms — lifting, firming, tightening — and every package bundles the No-Tox serum.

  • LED light and electroporation — the two with real clinical literature
  • Thermal warmth and sonic massage — comfort and circulation, not structure
  • 5–10 minutes a day, framed as a morning or evening ritual
  • Never sold alone: every package includes the serum

⚠ The charge waiting at checkout

Before the technologies: the order enrols an Unlimited Skin Care Membership billed $49 every 28 days, after a 14-day free trial. It appears in the order summary at $0.00 and in the consent line under the payment button. On the $79 entry package, that subscription is the larger number within two months. It is cancellable at any time — but only if you know it's there.

Which of the four actually does something

LED light therapy and electroporation are the two with genuine research behind them. Light at specific wavelengths has documented effects on skin; electroporation uses brief electrical pulses to make the outer layer temporarily more permeable, which is a real mechanism for getting a topical to absorb further than it otherwise would. That is also why the serum is never sold separately — the electroporation exists to serve it.

Thermal warmth and sonic massage are pleasant and increase local circulation. They are not structural. Warmth does not tighten tissue and vibration does not reshape it.

The maker's own price comparison puts the four as spa treatments totalling $1,850. That framing is doing a lot of work: an at-home LED wand and a clinic LED session share a name, not an output.

The missing wavelengths matter more here than usual: LED evidence is wavelength-specific, and «LED light therapy» without a nanometre figure can't be checked against any of it.

«Sculpting» and «slimming» are the words to read slowly. Light, warmth and vibration do not remove fat. Skin quality — texture, firmness, tone — can improve over weeks with consistent use. Arm circumference is a different problem with a different solution, and no handheld device addresses it.

The same hardware shape is sold by the same brand for neck and jawline. That tells you the body part on the page is a positioning decision rather than a hardware one, which is useful context when reading any of the before-and-after imagery.

Add the membership to whichever line you pick: $49 every 28 days after the 14-day trial. Over a year that is roughly $640 on top of the device — which reframes every tier on this ladder. Cancel or keep it deliberately, not by default.

Questions worth asking

Is MyoGlow for arms or for the neck?

The page our link reaches sells it for arms. The same brand sells the same wand shape for neck and jawline, and older coverage — including an earlier version of our own review — described the neck version. It is a general-purpose light-and-heat wand; the body part named is marketing.

What is the $49 charge?

An Unlimited Skin Care Membership enrolled with the order, billed $49 every 28 days after a 14-day free trial. It shows as $0.00 in the order summary and appears in the consent text under the payment button. Cancellable at any time — diary day 12 if you want out before the first charge.

Will it slim my arms?

No device that works by light, warmth and vibration removes fat. What can plausibly change over weeks is skin quality: firmness, texture, tone. If arm circumference is the goal, this is the wrong tool and no amount of daily use changes that.

Do I need the serum?

You get it either way — it's in every package. The electroporation function exists specifically to drive a topical deeper, so the device and the serum are designed as one product. That also means the ongoing cost is the serum, not the wand.

What does the guarantee cover?

The page declares 90 days. Our record notes an earlier version described refunds as store credit rather than cash, so confirm which applies at checkout and keep your confirmation email.

Two real mechanisms, one recurring charge

If you buy it, buy it with the membership decided on purpose and the word «sculpting» read as marketing.
