The short version

Every Froza order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee offered by the official supplier. If Froza doesn't cool your space the way you hoped — or simply isn't for you — you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price.

Who handles the refund

The refund is processed by the Froza supplier (the checkout that opens when you click a purchase button on this site), not by this website. All correspondence about the return should go through the supplier's customer service address included in your order confirmation email.

How to request a refund

  1. Find your order confirmation email and note your order number.
  2. Reply to that email — or write to the customer service address listed at checkout — within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. Include your order number, the reason for the return (a short line is fine), and confirm the postal address on file.
  4. Wait for return instructions. Do not ship the unit back to a random address — always use the return address the supplier confirms.

Condition of returned item

The supplier expects the unit to be returned in resellable condition — clean, with all included accessories (wall hooks, cable) and the original packaging where possible. Minor use consistent with a 30-day trial is normally accepted.

Refund timing

Once the supplier receives the returned unit and confirms its condition, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank clearing time may add a few extra days on your end.

Return shipping

Return shipping cost, when it applies, is set by the supplier. Details are provided in the return instructions email.

Faulty units

If your Froza arrives damaged or fails within the warranty period, contact the supplier's customer service — a replacement is normally arranged directly and does not count against the 30-day trial window.

What this site can and can't do
