Summary
This site is an information page about the Froza portable air cooler. When you click a "Get Froza" button, you leave this site and complete your purchase on the official supplier's checkout — we never see your name, address, payment details, or order history. On this site itself we collect only anonymised analytics needed to keep the pages fast, relevant and free of broken links.
What we collect on this site
- Google Analytics 4. Page views, referrer, approximate country/region, device and browser type, session duration, scroll depth. IP addresses are anonymised by Google. We use this to see which pages are helpful and which need rewriting.
- Microsoft Clarity. Anonymous session recordings and heatmaps that show where visitors click and scroll. Clarity masks form fields and text inputs by default; we do not use it to identify individuals.
- Cookies: a small number of first-party cookies set by the two services above, plus any technical cookie needed to serve the page.
What we do NOT collect
- Your name, email, phone number, postal address or payment card.
- Your order number, delivery status or warranty claim.
- Any special-category data (health, political, biometric).
What the supplier collects
Once you click a purchase button and land on the supplier's checkout, their own privacy policy applies. That policy governs how your name, address, card and email are handled by them. It is linked from the checkout page.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
If you believe any data about you has been collected via this site, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion. Because we do not collect identifying data, in practice this usually means asking Google or Microsoft to delete the analytics data associated with your device — instructions are available in their respective privacy centres, and you can also block both services via your browser's tracker-blocking settings.
Data retention
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default and then auto-deleted. Clarity session data is retained for up to 12 months. Neither dataset is exported by us or shared with third parties beyond the two services themselves.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Non-material clarifications may be made without notice.
