MyoGlow devices are sold and fulfilled by the official supplier, not by TechStrends. The refund and returns terms below reflect the policy the supplier publishes on their checkout page. Always confirm the current terms on the supplier's official page before purchasing.
90-day satisfaction guarantee
The supplier offers a satisfaction guarantee that runs for 90 days from the date you receive the device. If you are not satisfied with your results, contact the supplier's customer care team (details in your order-confirmation email) to start a return.
- Try period: up to 90 days from delivery.
- Refund method: may be issued as store credit or refund to the original payment method, depending on the supplier's current policy.
- Return shipping: the customer is generally responsible for return-shipping fees unless the device arrived damaged or defective.
Device warranty
The device is backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled by the supplier — the fastest route is the customer-care email printed on your order-confirmation email.
Order cancellation
Order cancellations are typically possible for a limited window (often 59 minutes) after purchase, because the supplier ships fast. Once your order has been packed, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still return the unopened device after delivery.
How to start a return
- Locate the order-confirmation email you received when you purchased the device.
- Reply to the supplier's support email with your order number, reason for return, and (for defect claims) a photograph of the issue.
- Wait for a return authorization and shipping label / address before mailing the device back.
Non-returnable items
Consumable products (serums, topicals) are typically non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please confirm on the supplier's page.
