60-day money-back guarantee
If, after 60 days of using AerioQ, you feel it did not cool your room the way you hoped, you may return it for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fee applies to the standard 60-day return.
How to request a refund
- Contact the manufacturer using the support address in your order confirmation email.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Follow the return instructions the manufacturer sends you (they may include a return address and label information).
- Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
What's not covered
- Return shipping is typically the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
- Units damaged by misuse, drops, water immersion (beyond spec) or unauthorised repairs.
- Consumable accessories used past a reasonable amount.
